Things are really in a flat spin with this election.
The phenomenon created by the left in it's attempt to bring down Reagan, and perfected by the right in it's attempt to bring down Clinton, is fully operative:

Hell, some of you are even normally pretty smart, but you have deliberately chosen to incredibly stupid, deceitful, lying bastards, who will say anything in hopes of seeing your boy elected.
You have sacrificed truthfulness and credibility to the machinations of your political desires. You have become a politician yourself.
