Somwhere along the line, Americans have had it pounded into them that they absolutly MUST have total respect for other countries, cultures, and religions.

I'm going to tell you now that that premise was fucked the day some feel-good made it up.
I don't have to respect anyone I don't feel is entitled, no matter how many quaint savage tribes they have, how many giant statues or monuments they created, or how many anthropoligists admire them.

Politics as usual.

So I took Stefan Sharkansky to task for a little photo comparison:

This time it's the The Governor vs Alfred E Neumann.

Not unlike the GWB vs Chimp comparison that the left wing moonbats get some sort of weird delight out of. In both instances, both factions are being royal fucktards. And neither side, in spite of all thier supposed intellect and ability to analyze facts and and generate supposed truths can see what's wrong with what they are doing. It's a case of everything that's wrong with politics. It's grade school level seething ridicule. It's a perfect example of why we are going down the tubes:

adherence to an ideology rather than truth and facts.

I want Dino Rossi as the governor, because I believe (mostly based on Sharkansky's findings) that he actually won the election. But like the left, he and many on the right would just as soon it be easier. Maybe an ethics scandal or terminal illness.

Most Americans don't like this shit, and to prove it we have the re-election of both Clinton AND GWB, in spite of a landfill full of sloppy political jabs like Sharkansky's photo matchup. Think the judge will never see it Stefan? (courts of law are fact finding bodies, but still run by humans)Think the opposition won't try a little harder now? For a smart guy, you sure can be dumb.
