Cacheman is a disk cache and
memory tweak utility. It is capable of increasing your overall system
performance. It does however require a lot of experimentation on your part
to find the optimal settings for your particular system. Some presets are
included for you to use as a baseline.

that will tell you. Note that fraps only works in D3D games using Direct X,
and will not work in glide/open GL.
